Is the spiral being generated outwardly from the person or is the person over whelmed dropping down into the spiral?

The answer is both. This painting is about my lessons in giving and receiving. When I give everything spirals out from my heart. When I received I often felt overwhelmed, undeserving, or suspicious. This painting helped me visualize my emotions and become more conscious of thoughts and reactions helping me heal and bring closure to past events.
